Autism and ADHD assessments

A diagnosis of autism, ADHD or both can open doors, making it easier for you or your child to access the help you need to live life to the fullest. But waiting lists for NHS assessments can be prohibitive. We provide detailed, thorough assessments to help adults and children achieve their potential sooner rather than later. We are multi-disciplinary informed, NICE compliant and follow NHS requirements.

What does an assessment involve?

At Affiniti+, we offer a detailed, thorough assessment, at the end of which you will receive a report of around 15 pages, which you or your child can use to ensure that your needs are met in future.

We believe in working in partnership with our clients, so you will always be offered an opportunity to read, comment on and discuss your report before it is finalised.

What are the time frames involved?

We will be in touch with you within a couple of days of your initial contact with us.

The assessment process itself will take between four and six weeks. Writing up the report, complete with diagnosis and recommendations, will then take a further two-four weeks.

There may be extensions to this time frame, depending on the complexities of individual cases and the speed with which information can be accessed and appointments can be made.
