Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the interests and welfare of children, young people, adults, older adults at risk, as well as protecting them from harm in all of our work. We believe that all children, young people, adults and older adults at risk have an equal right to protection from abuse, regardless of gender, marital status, language, background, race, religion, colour, age, ability, disability or sexual orientation and that their welfare is paramount in all of the work we do.

We operate Monday to Friday. We are not an emergency service and nor do we work with individuals in crisis, for example, actively suicidal and severe self-harm requiring medical and inpatient attention. We would kindly ask you to speak to your GP to access community services and your local emergency department or ring 999 if urgent support is required.
