We handle personal information in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information is stored securely. What an employee tells us is confidential: we tell your organisation about overall themes, not about individuals, unless the person gives written consent.

Safeguarding

We have a safeguarding policy and a named safeguarding lead (Dr Anindita Sarkar) and we act on any concern about a child or an adult at risk.
