Payment for private assessments is due in full before the assessment begins. If you're using insurance, we claim directly with your insurer on completion of the assessment.
Professional
Other services
Flexible professional support for individuals, teams and organisations.
For other services, a signed contract sets out the terms in advance, including cancellation and payment arrangements specific to that engagement.

Insurance
Using insurance
We are registered with the majority of insurers. Health insurance will cover individual therapy and insurers may also cover ASD and ADHD assessments. Any policy excess remains payable by the policyholder

Adoptive parents and guardians may be able to access the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund.

Cancellation & rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a therapy appointment. Sessions missed, cancelled, or rescheduled on the day are charged in full, and repeated late cancellations may, depending on the circumstances, lead to the ending of our sessions together.
