Affiniti+ is a multidisciplinary clinical psychology and psychotherapy organisation at Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We support children, young people, adults, families, organisations and practitioners, in person and online.

A first look inside Affiniti+

Founded in 2023 by Dr Anindita Sarkar, an HCPC-registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years' clinical experience across the NHS and local authority services, our team brings together clinical psychology, psychotherapy and digital expertise. We offer therapy and autism and ADHD assessments, alongside consultancy, mentoring, training and supervision for organisations, schools and professionals. We are registered with Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Vitality and WPA.

We don't fit people to a single method. We draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and shape each plan around the person in front of us. We work in partnership, so you are always offered the chance to read and discuss your assessment report before it is finalised. Through our Learning Hub, we take psychology beyond the therapy room with online workshops, ADHD handbooks for children, teenagers, adults and women, our newsletter An Affiniti for Psychology™, and Podnotes®, making expert knowledge accessible and affordable.

A short walk from Woolwich station (Elizabeth line) and Woolwich Arsenal (DLR, Southeastern and Thameslink).

Parking

On-site permit parking is £5 an hour. Let us know before your visit and we'll arrange it.

Dr Anindita Sarkar

Dr Sarkar founded Affiniti+ in November 2023. She has more than 20 years' clinical experience across the NHS and local authority services.

Former Head of Clinical Services at Barnet Council, with strategic oversight across schools, primary care, youth offending services and social care.

Her clinical work spans mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions from infancy to older age. She oversees clinical audit and practice-based research at Affiniti+.

Enhanced DBS

All clinicians hold an Enhanced DBS check.
