Passionate and driven consultant clinical psychologist and former head of clinical services for London’s second largest borough in population and largest integrated local authority clinical services, Dr Anindita left the public sector after 22 years to establish her own mental health company. Her professional journey has taught her the importance of challenging existing systems and promoting diversity and inclusion. She actively engages with charitable organisations. She is a board trustee of Chasing the Stigma (CtS) and of Missing People Charity and an external safeguarding advisor with Missing People. She also mentors students at Kings' College London working to normalise mental health. As a woman of colour with dyslexia, she offers a unique perspective that promotes social justice and access to care for all communities. She prioritises making mental health services more accessible and advocate for connection, collaboration, and inclusivity. Outside of work, Dr Anindita enjoys meaningful conversations, good food, exhibitions, performances and exploring both locally and globally. From breaking the rules occasionally to adoring TV murders, sunshine, and crunchy snow, she embraces life with enthusiasm and an open mind.
