We offer high-quality clinic rooms in Woolwich, SE London, founded on the philosophy of the Good Host – treating others as we would want to be treated. This means that we handle the logistics and the environment, allowing you to practise at your very best and ensuring that your clients feel immediately safe.
Our rooms
We offer four clinic rooms:
Room 1: Children's therapy – A calm and inviting space, perfectly equipped for working with toddlers and primary-aged children
Room 2: Individual therapy – The classic setting for focused one-to-one sessions with adolescents and adults
Room 3: Consultation, couples and family therapy – Our largest space, ideally suited for multi-person dynamic sessions, training and professional consultations
Room 4: Specialist assessment space – A quiet room specifically designed for clinicians conducting precise assessments, such as ASD or ADHD.

Flexible booking: Pay only for the time you need.
Competitive block rates: Secure your desired time slots with attractive block rates (morning, afternoon, evening or full day) with no membership fees or hidden charges. We are pleased to offer discounts to practitioners who use our therapy rooms regularly.

Onsite parking: Therapists and clients can park onsite for £5 an hour
How much does it cost?
Rooms 1, 2 and 4: £25 per hour + VAT, or £15 per hour + VAT for practitioners in training
Room 3: £30 per hour + VAT, or £15 per hour + VAT for practitioners in training
Block rates:
Morning (10am-2pm) or afternoon (2pm-6pm): £60 + VAT
Early morning (6am-10am) or evening (6pm-10pm): £70 + VAT
All day: £95 + VAT
