Affiniti+ was founded by Dr. Anindita Sarkar BSc (Hons), MSc, DClinPsy, CPsychol, a highly experienced professional with a wealth of achievements in the field. With a background as the former Head of Clinical Services, she led, developed, and oversaw the delivery of London’s largest Local Authoirty comprehensive integrated clinical service. Managing a £3.5 million budget and leading 4 teams, including 10 direct reports, she ensured that residents of all ages had access to high-quality and responsive mild to moderate mental health support.
Dr. Anindita's mental health leadership extends across various systems and sectors, including health, social care, education, and youth justice. She has a proven track record in developing and driving strategic initiatives, developing policies, managing budgets, sitting and chairing on a number of senior leadership boards. Her extensive expertise spans over two decades, particularly in the areas of mental health, ASD and ADHD across the lifespan.
As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care, placing a strong emphasis on quality and compassion. Her ultimate goal is to contribute to the creation of diverse and inclusive services, fostering collaboration, connection, inclusivity, and advocacy.
