Organisation work
Employees who are healthy, happy and able to deal with the everyday stresses of life are more likely to be productive in the workplace.
At Affiniti+, we help organisations to think about how best to support employees’ mental health. We also help senior executives to plan for and manage change in an effective and thoughtful way.
Some of the bespoke services we can provide your organisation include:
Individual therapy: Employees can refer themselves for weekly therapy sessions. We recommend a minimum of 10 sessions for lasting impact.
Training: We can design and deliver training tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation at any given time. We have experience working with C-suite members, as well as with middle managers and whole teams.
Change management: It can be useful for senior leaders within an organisation to draw on support from a clinical psychologist when managing transition or times of change. We can work with directors, HR managers and other leaders to introduce and manage change in a way that carries team members with them.
Mentoring and supervision: We provide supervision and mentoring to mental-health professionals working in clinical and educational settings, in the private and public sector.
Who would we be working with?
Dr Anindita Sarkar is a consultant clinical psychologist, with more than two decades’ worth of clinical experience working with children, young people and adults in the NHS.
She was the head of clinical services for a large London local authority, where she had clinical oversight of four mental-health teams, leading around 100 members of staff and managing an annual budget of £3.5 million.
She has worked with a range of organisations. For example, she has supported leaders of NHS mental-health services during a transfer to local-authority control. And she has worked with local authorities offering integrated clinical services in schools, social care, primary care and youth-offending services.
In the private sector, she has supported senior leaders transitioning into new or expanded roles, planning their succession, or simply seeking psychological insight into their work. Organisations she has worked with include Barclays, Shell, PwC and Meta.
Dr Sarkar is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. She has had an enhanced DBS check.
